The Argentine Institute of University Professors of Costs (IAPUCo) is a civil association that brings together professors and specialists in the area of Costs and related matters in Argentina. It was founded on October 27, 1977 at the First Conference of University Professors of Costs, held in the City of Buenos Aires. IAPUCo is currently the oldest entity of its kind in the country.
In 2020, IAPUCo’s Socially Responsible Business School (ENSR) launched its platform of virtual courses for students and professionals, where various topics specifically related to costs and management are addressed.
Why did you choose MyABCM solutions for your classes?
In the Activity-Based Costing and Management course, the teachers knew the MyABCM tool from previous implementations in the development of their professional work, as well as from previous academic use. This made it the first choice, considering that it is a tool that shows the application of the specific theme of the course.
How has MyABCM improved classes?
Being able to observe firsthand how the ABC system is implemented in real life is very enriching for students, as it allows them to have a concrete idea of the application and the possibilities for further analyses based on the processing of the data loaded in the MyABCM software.
How does MyABCM support the teaching and learning process?
In the course, we directly use the tool in case of application in one of the classes, while in another we show the different tables and graphs obtained for the analysis of information for decision-making.
