ABC is still feared as extremely hard and difficult to implement. Opinion defended by some professors, scholars, and authors. My intention by using MyABCM tool is to demystify this perception.

MyABCM contributes to facilitate the understanding of strategic cost management making the classes more dynamic and goal oriented. The aim is to use MyABCM in a case study for a week to develop several scenarios. It is a better way of presenting realia than the classic presentation (slides).
